Caroline has 20 years of media and digital expertise combined with a strong experience in marketing and digital operations. She joins WFA from Cereal Partners Worldwide, a joint venture between General Mills and Nestlé, where she served as Global Head of Media and Digital for four years, being responsible for leading the global media organisation and overseeing the digital transformation of their marketing operations.
