Insight Forum Connect meeting overview (March 2024)

Meeting overview from WFA’s Insight Forum meeting on 6 March 2024, which took place in Amsterdam (part of WFA Forum Connect).

The Insight Forum March meeting focused on “Better Integration”. 35 WFA members met in person and discussed integration of insights across functions and the organisation. Speakers and participants emphasized the need for a unified view of the customer, better data governance, co-creation and collaboration. They also discussed the importance of breaking down silos and integrating insights into business processes.
