The UK data consultancy presented a new study at Creative Equals’ 2024 RISE conference which looked at how DEI is a significant contributor to companies’ overall Glassdoor score.

The research points to DEI as the biggest driver of Culture and Value scores (30%) on Glassdoor – a platform where current and former employees can anonymously review companies. It is also the joint second driver of the overall scores at 20% together with Career Opportunities and behind Senior Leadership at 31%.

The Good Insight analysed Diversity and Inclusion scores given by employees to companies as inputs and the overall scores as outputs. Studies by Glassdoor show that overall scores have an impact on company retention and recruitment and reflect employee engagement, which in turn impacts productivity.
