ANFO launches certification in responsible marketing and data privacy

On April 22nd and May 6th, the Norwegian Association of Advertisers (ANFO) will provide a two-day specialised course on ‘Responsible Marketing and Privacy’. It is aimed at those already in the marketing industry and will cover both B2C and B2B marketing and data privacy rules.
The course will address the rules for direct marketing channels including adtech (cookies), social media, SMS and email. It will also cover different aspects of privacy policies such as consent, legitimate interest, data processing agreements (DPAs) and Norway’s e-commerce policy, in addition to general marketing rules on trademarks, copyrights and client-agency agreements.
At the end of the course, participants can take an examination remotely online, which will reward the student with a diploma upon passing.
