Brand Safety operations for platforms are expansive in their remit and technical in their execution and have deep impacts for users and advertisers. There is a need to drive the right level of external certification and accountability in platforms’ brand safety operations by enabling independent, third-party auditing.
Improve transparency, accountability and trust in the marketplace by agreeing to and adopting best practices on content safety audits, with a focus on controls, integrations, measurement, and reporting. The end goal is to ensure that each GARM member platform adopts industry-accepted audits commensurate with their operations.
