C-19 was a catalyst for brands to entirely rethink the way they engage with consumers and accelerated the revolution of experiential marketing, initiated years ago with the explosion of digital. This session gave 18 WFA peers the chance to come together to identify possible solutions to common challenges, in a ‘warts-and-all’ format under the Chatham House Rule.
