The WFA's Media Forum Asia Pacific brings together global and regional media leaders based in the region and focuses on providing clearer perspectives within a media landscape that has never been so complex. Planning, strategy, and channel selection; routes-to-market; internal and external capability; media measurement, verification, and evaluation; media auditing and consulting—all facets of the media industry have changed significantly in recent years. Many are looking into evolving their media operations, and this is where the WFA could provide support.

WFA's Media Forum APAC convened in April 2024, bringing together WFA members to explore the ways in which media activities could be brought in-house while acknowledging the impact on external relationships such as agencies. The first part of the day was filled with presentations and roundtables on the latter topic. In the afternoon, the group focused on retail media, another hot topic for media practitioners.

This was an invitation-only event, open to client-side marketers. This meeting brought together 33 senior marketing practitioners from 16 different multinational organisations.
